Who are these courses for?
How long do I have access to the courses for?
Once you register, you’ll have access to the courses indefinitely. This course is available on the website so you can watch it anywhere and at your own pace.
How difficult are these courses?
The instructors provide all of the background and information needed so that you can apply everything. These are meant to be introductory courses suited for almost anyone with baseline knowledge of the exercise science.
Are these free courses approved for CEUs?
Yes both the Essential Elements of Running and the Essential Elements of Walking Gait courses are approved for 1 CEU hour.
EE of Running is approved for 1 CEU hour by ACSM, BOC, NSCA, PACE and the following states for physical therapy: MD, IL, PA, & TX.
EE of Walking Gait is approved for 1 CEU hour by BOC, PACE, and the following states for physical therapy: CA, MD, & IL. Currently pending approval for physical therapy in PA & TX.
The following states do not require accreditation, however, please confirm with your state board for any changes: AL, CT, IA, ME, MA, MT, NE, NH, UT, WA.
The following states accept accreditation from other states, however, please confirm with your state board for any changes: AK, DE, HI, KS, KT, MI, NM, NC, ND, OR, SD, VA.
